Retired Financial Services executive. Sales management, line management with p&l responsibility. Worked for CIGNA, Penn Mutual, Pan American Life & ING ( VOYA).

Active in Hope Lutheran Church, The Lakes Country Club.

A graduate of the U of Minnesota (Political Science & Economics), Grad courses at Marquette University and the Wharton School.
Married, 2 kids, 4 grand kids.

Arnold S. Jaffe (Arno), Secretary

A Santa Barbara resident since 1977 he is an attorney/mediator, specializing in immigration law, spent 22 years in the food industry with New York Bagel Factory and Paradisio Sorbet, is the father of two sons Joss and Bowie, and an avid practitioner of being in the now.

Carolina Ulloa, Vice President 

Carolina is the principal teacher at “IMAGINE” an exceptional preschool in Quito, Ecuador where the TRAP program is based and where TRAP training is available.
